Come experience one of our most popular aerobics classes!

 

BODYPUMP is a strength endurance training class where muscle and music collide.  It has the benefits of weight training and a total body workout. 

 

 

Aerobics Class Descriptions

 

Awesome Abs - This class is designed to target the abdominal and lower back muscles. Improve posture, balance, strengthen and tone muscles for a great looking mid-section. All fitness levels are welcome.

 

Beginners Step- A step class that is easy to understand and will introduce you to basic moves using the Reebok Steps. A good cardiovascular work out for beginners but all levels are welcome.

 

Pilates - A series of controlled movement to develop strength, flexibility and stability in the core muscles of the body.  This class improves balance, encourages better posture and creates long, lean muscles.

 

Boot Camp - This is a fun and energetic class the efficiently works the entire body in a short amount of time. It involves calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks and crunches, body weight exercises and sports drills moving from one exercise to another with little rest in between. Challenge yourself in this very intense work out!

This class is designed and recommended for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

 

Cardio Dance - This class combines aerobic and dance moves to motivating and high energy music that will maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body conditioning.

 

BODYPUMP - Get results fast!  Take this strength endurance class twice a week for maximum results.  A fun class that works your whole body using barbells and weights to highly motivating music.  Let the music and weights collide.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Beginners are strongly encouraged to come early and speak to the instructor and set up equipment.

 

Power Yoga - An energetic Vinyasa flow class that definitely generates heat. This class aids in strength, balance, toning and flexibility. Recommended for individuals familiar with yoga and/or have an established fitness program.

 

Tai Chi - A fun form of stretch and tone exercises using slow, non-impacting movements. All fitness levels can enjoy this method of exercise that improves muscle control, mental focus, breathing and increases general energy and health. Tai Chi is an internal martial art.

 

BOOTY KICK - This class is the perfect mix of a Boot Camp style workout with Kick Box moves and strength training.  It is high energy, great music, loads of fun and will kick your...well...you know.

 

ZUMBA - This new and exciting class will help you dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms; ZUMBA the class that is taking the world by storm!!!

All fitness levels are welcome.

 

Cycle Blast – Climb on a stationary bike and spin with a friend. Different cycling techniques are used for cardio fun.

 

Cardio Mixer – Combines step class, weights, bar and aerobic sessions with a wide variety of music for a great cardio workout.

 

Kick-N-Step – Take on this high-intensity, high-energy combination workout with bags, steps and stability balls

for the ultimate cardio and leg class.

*Special gloves are required.

 

Mat Pilates - A series of controlled movement to develop strength, flexibility and stability in the core muscles of the body.  This class improves balance, encourages better posture and creates long, lean muscles.

 

Pacers I & II – For the young at heart! Pacers I is low impact and perfect for seniors looking for a good workout.

Pacers II is a slower-paced class that will help savvy seniors stay mobile.

 

 

Water Aerobics – When the pool is open, jump into this great low-impact class.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga – Stretch and tone every part of the human form while melting away stress. Yoga releases physical and mental tension and liberates vast sources of energy.
