During this time of uncertainty, the Y is here for you. The Y continues to be your support for health and wellbeing, wherever you are. Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness.
You can take group exercise classes for all ages right in your own home at no charge for a limited time! There are also sports classes and more for our young people. Find some of your favorite classes by browsing videos. We are working hard to provide options and additional benefits for our members and trust that you will find a class that you love!
Get results fast! Take this strength endurance class twice a week for maximum results. A fun class that works your whole body using barbells and weights to highly motivating music. Let the music and weights collide. All fitness levels are welcome. Beginners are strongly encouraged to come early and speak to the instructor and set up equipment.
A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.
Chair Support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercise and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
