The YMCA of Palestine seeks to be a whole health entity. This means that we make it our goal to provide our members with multiple avenues to reach health in spirit, mind, and body. Open Monday - Friday our Rock Wall offers any fitness enthusiast a challenging 50ft climb.

With a full-court gymnasium you can enjoy basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. Our gymnasium is open during staffed hours to both our members and the public.

Infrared Saunas

Enjoy our state-of-the-art infrared saunas. Installed in both the men's and women's locker rooms these saunas are equipped with Bluetooth so you can enjoy your music while relaxing or preparing for your workout.
