Whether we are your new gym, or you are new to fitness, we offer every new member a free orientation. Our orientations are conducted by one of our personal trainers, who will help you understand our equipment, basic fitness concepts, and give you a solid foundation to build upon. 

 ***Please wear fitness attire, as well as tennis shoes to your appointment***

Youth Fitness

Our Youth Fitness program is designed to educate children ages 9-14 on proper gym etiquette and practice. This program is a requirement for all children within the age range to enter the fitness area. The session consists of fitness terminology, proper form and mechanics while lifting, and proficiency in use of equipment. Our personal trainers will work with your child until they understand each concept to ensure their safety while pursuing fitness.
