Swim Lessons

At the YMCA of Palestine, we offer both group and private swim lessons for people of all ages. Whether new to swimming or just needing to improve your form, our coaches are here to help you master the water.

Enjoy group fitness? Enjoy summer days spent in a cool pool? Water aerobics is a perfect fit for you. Water aerobics is an instructor lead water based cardio class that will challenge you while keeping the pressure off the joints.
