At the YMCA of Palestine we pride ourselves in providing our community with the best services possible to build a healthy spirit, mind, and body. We have structured ourselves as a whole health entity to accommodate and assist you on your fitness journey. From nationally certified personal trainers to our LesMills group exercise instructors our YMCA has ample talent to provide.


Group Fitness

Looking for a community to grow with or be inspired by, Group Fitness is for you. Instructor lead and filled with other committed members these classes provide an energy charged atmosphere. Our LesMills courses are sure to challenge.

Personal Training

Partner with one of our nationally certified personal trainers whether you are new to exercise or need to overcome that plateau. Our personal trainers are committed to see your success and growth. Sessions sold in 1, 3, 5, or 10 packs.

Member Orientation

Whether you are new to exercise or just new to our gym each membership comes with a free orientation to get you acquainted with our facility and equipment.

Have youth ages 9-14, enroll your kiddo in our Youth Fitness Program today.


Catch Those ZZZ

  • You can lose over a pound of weight while you sleep from exhaling and calories burned.

  • You can expect it to take 10 to 15 minutes for you to fall asleep. If you fall asleep in less than 5 minutes, it’s likely that you are sleep-deprived.

  • Adults who get less than 7 hours of sleep per night on a regular basis are more likely to have diabetes, asthma, or cancer.
